Terms Of Business & Fees

These Standard Terms of Engagement (“Terms”) apply in respect of all work carried out by us for you, except to the extent that we otherwise agree with you in writing. By continuing to instruct Business Advisory Accounting & Tax Services Limited you accept these terms.

Fees & billing arrangement

We do not believe in surprises; nor do we hide our charge-out rates. Our fees are based on market rates, the skills and knowledge of staff and time required to complete the work at our normal charge out rates, plus disbursements and goods and services tax. Our normal charge-out rates for our engagement team are as follows:

Director- $284
Manager- $225
Senior Accountant – $180
Intermediate Accountant – $120
Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper- $100
General Administration – $85
